  • The Hilo Lei Day Festival is Thursday, May 1st. 10am-2pm at Kalākaua Park. Join for the 20th festival, in honor of their co-founder, Aunty Winona Beamer. Celebrate lei culture with live Hawaiian music, hula, pertinent informational booths, hula lessons, and lei-making demonstrations. Onomea Country Market is a family style run corner store located at the end of the scenic route in Pepeʻekeo. We carry local produce from Hawaiʻi farms and other locally made products from Hawaiʻi farmers, artists, and makers. We also carry grocery and convenience items.
